How to work freebies if you are International and not in the US, Canada or the UK:
You will not be eligible to do the free offers so you can help other eligible US residents do the free offers. Freelancing
This is another way to raise some emergency cash. If you have a skill you can get fast cash. This method is more of a work at home job but cash is cash. Do you have a skill like web design? Are you a good writer? Do you have some programming skills? Do you have link building skills? Do you have some software that automates some boring, tedious or laborious task?
If you have any skills you can have cash by tomorrow. People are looking for those services daily. You can go to Elance, Rent A Coder, Ebay, Craigslist or some busy forums and list your services. Some places will charge a small fee for you to set up an ad for your services. This may be a $10 or $20 fee. Your work orders will start coming in within hours.
If you are brand new you will have to build up a trustworthy reputation first. People will want to see testimonials from satisfied customers and free samples of the quality in your workmanship. They don’t know you and are trusting you to deliver. You may want to do five or ten free samples first just to get some reviews and testimonials. You need a phone number or instant message or Skype so your clients can contact you. If there are any problems or complaints they need to be able to reach you ASAP. They will quickly complain and give bad reviews and your career will be finished at least on that website.
If you correct the problem they will still be happy because of how you handled the customer service. No one expects perfection but they do expect good service. It is a good idea to make your prices extremely low in the beginning. For example you could do your first five customers for ten bucks. Do your next five for twenty bucks. Do your next five for thirty bucks. You can keep going until you reach fifty or seventy bucks or whatever the standard rate is in the industry. Once you have some samples, reviews and testimonials then you can start raising your prices.
If you have no skills then you can do the same thing you did with the freebies. This is called brokering, arbitrage or outsourcing. You will need to find someone who is willing to give you a small commission for referrals or sell their service or item to you at a wholesale price.
You are still new with no name so you will need some samples of their work, some reviews and some testimonials. You will also need their work contact info so you can correspond when you get clients. You will also need to know how they will handle problems, complaints and customer service issues.
If they are already well established then their work and reputation may merit normal or top paying rates. If you will still need to prove yourself at the forum or website and people are leery of dealing with you then you may have to pay for a few sample jobs yourself if you can’t cut an introductory deal.
Try to bring at least five clients to your outsourcer so you can get some type of beginner’s deal or discount for bringing a bulk amount of customers. They will see that you are serious about bringing them clients. Try to get about ten clients. Your first five clients would be free and the next five would be the full or discounted price. This way you don’t get ten full priced clients but you do get five full priced clients which would really be ten half priced clients. The key here is the ability to be able to deliver the clients.

Magazines, radio stations and tv stations all have scheduling deadlines and they all must provide quality article content and programming. They provide commercials in between their regularly scheduled programming and article content.
They do this day in and day out, week in and week out and month in and month out.

As a recognized professional (and eventually an expert in your field) you also want to build and maintain:

All of the above may seem to be daunting for many of you but don’t worry. You will not be expected to do all of that marketing by yourself or all at once. You will tend to focus and specialize in those areas that appeal to you most or that you seem to be better at.
You as a professional can also delegate tasks and outsource them to your in-house team or to outside assistants or services. This does not mean spending hundreds or thousands on a work force. You can freelance quality affordable work and eventually pay a monthly fee for their services especially if you can refer other entrepreneurs to these freelancers.
Successful lazy marketers can be successful in one or two ways: Automation or Outsourcing. Automation lets a robot or some computer software do the work. Outsourcing delegates a team of experts to do the work or manual laborers to perform some mundane tasks.

The Credit Builder Financing Co-op Option
Cash strapped customers can also use The Credit Builder Financing Co-op Option. This is where they get one to three other people to co-op with them or partner up with them (temporarily or permanently depending on what each co-op member agrees upon).
You have the same goal of $200 on Phase I or $1200 on Phase II and receiving the same $150 and $900 commissions as before. But instead of receiving that commission immediately or paying the full price immediately you each pay a portion of one member’s purchase and receive a portion of the commission. You can buy your own full membership once you refer enough co-op member customers to cover your payments.
For example one single person pays $200 and receives $150 commission. Two co-op members would pay $100 each and receive $75 commission each. Three co-op members would pay $70 each and receive $50 commissions each. Four co-op members would pay $50 each and receive $35 commissions each. (I rounded off some of the smaller numbers so they are off by a couple dollars or so.)
Once your commissions have reached enough for a single membership you can then buy your partners out and get your own membership if you choose to. You do this by paying for your membership from the contractor or customer you purchased your membership from.
There is a 60 day time limit on these co-op payments. If someone cannot pay at least $25 per week for eight weeks then they forfeit the payments they have already made and they would have to start all over again from scratch. The commissions would then go to their referrers even if all of the payments have not been completed.
So let’s do some more numbers. Most contractors want at least $1K per month, $3K per month or $5K per month. There is of course no limit. $1K per month is ten customers per month at $200 each. (Actually that’s $1500 a month.) You would need 40 (four way) co-op customers a month or 10 co-op customers per week for that same amount.
$3K per month would be 20 regular customers monthly or 5 regular customers weekly. You would need 80 (four way) co-op customers monthly or 20 co-op customers weekly. $6K per month would be 40 regular customers monthly or 160 co-op customers monthly. That would amount to 40 co-op customers weekly.

This is a program designed to assist potential home buyers to put a substantial down payment on their home purchase. This was originally intended for the use of home buyers but can be utilized for any major purchase like home, auto, travel or higher ticket consumer electronic products.
These are among the more common major purchases. These items can be easily financed to customers with excellent A or B credit scores. It can become more of a challenge for customers with C or D credit scores. This program is an excellent resource for credit challenged customers.
How this program works is quite simple. We use a form of financing we call Referral Financing. What is that? You simply refer other individuals who want down payment assistance with their home purchase or any other major purchase. That’s it.
This type of financing is a form of Creative Financing. Creative financing is well known particularly in the real estate investment industry. It could be defined as using non-traditional or creative methods to fund real estate investments. Financing techniques of this type can also be applied to other major purchases as well.
Let’s explain the process in our particular setting a little further. We are affiliates for an outside vendor that focuses on raising capital to fund businesses or major purchases. They raise capital by selling web space on their servers. They pay us a commission for each customer we refer. When you refer customers you also receive the same commission we get.
Each participant pays a small down payment of at least $200 towards their entire down payment amount or product purchase. This amount goes through the vendor’s affiliate payment processor. We receive our commission payment in about 24 to 48 hours. Your DPA customer referrals will repeat the same process you just went through. You then receive your commission payment the same way we did.

Let’s briefly consider a real estate example. You are interested in becoming a home owner. You find a house for $150,000 (or 150K for short). The down payment is 5% but only with approved credit. You can put 10 or 15% down with B credit and tons of paperwork for the banks. Ten percent would be $15K so twenty percent would be $30K down with poor credit and a higher interest rate.
We mentioned a $200 minimum but that is good for purchases of $3000 or less. For purchases of 10K, 20K, 100K or more we suggest Phase II which has a $1200 minimum. Why not refer more customers or upgrade existing customers? In our example we now have a $120K balance not including interest. I would then include a mortgage reduction plan to eliminate a major chunk of interest payments. This would reduce 30 year plans to 10 or 15 year mortgages.
For example $800 a month is average for a $120K mortgage. Let’s do the math. $800 X 12 = $9600 per year. $9600 X 15 = $144K which is $24K in interest payments alone. This doesn’t include taxes and other maintenance costs. Let’s restructure that with our DPA customer referrals.
Paying $1k per month for 12 months using a mortgage reduction payment plan for this same mortgage would be $12K per year instead of $9600. Fourteen DPA referral customers would be $900 X 14 or $12,600.00. Do this twice and here is what you will have: $30K down payment, $25,200 from 28 more referrals to make 24 months or 2 years of monthly payments upfront. This now totals $50K paid in advance for a house costing $150K. You have paid out thirty percent of the total purchase price in a few weeks or maybe a few months.
This scenario would also work on rent to own financing or lease option financing. Are there banks, lenders or sellers who would balk at these types of payments in a three to six month period? I am sure there are. But look who is in control? There are hundreds of sellers and plenty of lenders who would be willing to work with receiving 30% of the purchase price of a house in less than 6 months.
Could you refer 14 DPA Phase II customers per month for 6 months? Are there 14 new or potential home buyers out there each month who could use Down Payment Assistance?

The $9K Cash Flow Capital System
This is how you generate $9K minimum in 60 to 90 days. You can go far beyond that but $9k is very conservative. You can actually do it in less than 30 days but it sounds too hypey so let's just keep things conservative.
This is not a challenge. It's just a series of steps. More importantly, it's really more of a mental process or a mental transformation.
Think of it like a job at Mcdonalds. You show up for work for a few scheduled hours each week. You do your job after showing up for work. You get paid on payday. It's not hard work. You are not digging ditches or chopping cotton. It's not hard physical labor. It's not a complicated technical learning curve either. But it IS WORK! I must stress that.
All of the automated hype masters stress no work and quick riches. Yes that is possible but you have to put forth some type of consistent effort or pay someone else to do it for you consistently. That applies to any financial venture unless you are playing the lottery or inheriting wealth.

(2) Do your job
(3) Get paid
There is one slight difference with this Mcdonalds job. This Mcdonalds is YOUR Mcdonalds. It belongs to YOU. The customers are YOUR customers. You can sell franchises to other business owners. They can sell Mcdonalds or KFC or Taco Bell or Nationwide Tires or Firestone or Kinkos or whatever product or service they choose.
